Due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), our business is taking extra precautions with the care of every stakeholder to include a health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance.
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea
Our business will follow enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Require sick children and staff to stay home.
Have a plan if someone is or becomes sick.
Follow current guidance about gatherings and events.
Plan to limit nonessential visitors and postpone or cancel use of classroom volunteers.
Encourage staff and students to:
Wash hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Cover coughs and sneezes.
Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.
Cover their mouth and nose with a mask.
