You will be recognized within the ceremony with a slide that has your name. You can submit a high-resolution picture of yourself that may be included on your slide. We recommend wearing professional/formal wear or your cap and gown for your picture. Photo can be full-body or headshot. Vertical photo preferred.

I acknowledge that the Ceremony may include my submitted photo and/or video, which will air across multiple platforms. I understand that my image and/or video may be used in the future by the College and the District for promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentations, class schedules, handbooks, catalogs, website pages, advertisements, internet, or other media sources.) I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any form of payment for the photograph, video, or for future use of the photograph and/or video. I also agree to waive any and all future claims, causes of actions and/or demands against the college, the District, its Board of Trustees, officers, employees, agents, vendors and/or representatives relating to or arising from the photograph and/or video.
