Dear Applicants,

We are grateful that you are reaching out to us for support and we want to help you in the best way we can. We can best support your efforts by you providing us with the most detailed and honest information.

In addition to this application, we require the following:
- Documentation relevant to your request (i.e. registration form, program information, team fees, etc.)
- Information for the funds receiver (program leader, coach, organization)
- Completed mentor questionaire
  - Once you submit this application, we will email your listed mentor the required questionaire to complete in order for your application to be proceessed. Please inform them to expect an email from us.
- If applicable, financial need documentation.
  - Listed on our website is a list of financial need documents to include if any apply to you.
Please upload the required documents listed above and provide the required information in the form in order for your application to be processed.

We process applications during the first week of every month. If your application is received before the 1st of the month, you will receive a decision and further steps by the 10th of that month. If there are issues with this timeline and your request, please send a separate email identifying your concern and we will contact you directly.
