Information for the funds receiver (program leader, coach, organization)
Completed mentor questionaire
Once you submit this application, we will email your listed mentor the required questionaire to complete in order for your application to be proceessed. Please inform them to expect an email from us.
If applicable, financial need documentation.

We process applications during the first week of every month. If your application is received before the 1st of the month, you will receive a decision and further steps by the 10th of that month. If there are issues with this timeline and your request, please send a separate email identifying your concern and we will contact you directly.
