Welcome to the FAMILY DOUBLES CHALLENGE - Holiday Edition

This tournament will be played DURING THE DAY.....

Match start times will begin at 12:00pm

All matches will be held at Sports Mall

Round Robin Groups will be assigned by skill levels of both junior and adult players.

What is the adult's NTRP rating?
What is the junior's UTR rating?
If you do not have a UTR rating, please list the skill level. (examples: High School JV, Junior Tournament player, recreational player)
What is the age of the junior player?
Must be 18 years or younger
