No show or last minute cancellation policy:
We ask for 24 hour notice on all cancellations, so we are able to fill the spot with someone on the cancellation list. If your appointment is on a Monday, please contact us on Friday. If we receive less than 24 hours notice on a cancellation there will be a 75$ fee that must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
A No show is when a client does not show up to their scheduled appointment without giving any form of notice. When this happens, we require payment of the FULL amount of the service missed before we will schedule you another appointment. We will send an invoice via square to the client if a no show occurs. I absolutely hate charging clients cancellation and no show fees, but It costs money to run the salon and when you do not come to your scheduled appointment without giving reasonable notice, its impossible to book another client in that spot. Please be courteous of our time as we are courteous of your time.
Sick Policy:
If you do not feel well please text the salon number or email as soon as possible so we can get your appointment canceled and rescheduled.
Kids Policy:
Please do not bring any kids into the salon unless they have an appointment because the salon is not a safe place for little ones.
Redos and Refund Policy:
My number one goal is for you to LOVE your hair. If you are unhappy with your results please contact me within 5 days of your appointment, so I can make any adjustments. The adjustment must be made within 2 weeks of the original appointment to be free of charge. Big changes, transformations or color corrections may incur a fee to adjust if the client has a "change of heart" or if I cannot guarantee the results. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON HAIR SERVICES OR RETAIL PRODUCTS.
