To join us in person, you MUST fill out this reservation form each week, as it automatically caps the participant number for each class in accordance with current restrictions.
Unfortunately, if no spots remain, you will need to join us the virtual way using the same link we've been using for *all* classes: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/2047161665.
Without a reservation form completed, we kindly ask that you remain at home for the workout so we can ensure to respect the gathering limit and social distancing measures. If you need to cancel, please give us maximal notice so we can offer your place to another member.
Protocols to follow for in-person classes:
- Sanitize your hands at the entrance-way on the way in and on the way out both indoors and outdoors locations.
- Maintain a 6-ft/ 2-m distance at all times from others, especially when moving to/ from your station.
- Do not come if you are feeling unwell, are being tested, or are in contact with someone unwell/ being tested for COVID. We ask that you notify us immediately if you have been in contact or are being tested for COVID.
- Bring your own filled water bottle, running shoes, and mats/ weights if applicable.
