RENTER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE AUSTIN ASSOCIATION OF THE DEAF, INC. (KNOWN AS AUSTIN DEAF CLUB) AND ITS AND ITS OFFICERS, STAFF, MEMBERS AND GUESTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS, INJURIES,WRONGFUL DEATH OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE BY THERENTER AND ITS VISITORS OF ANY PORTION OF AUSTIN DEAF CLUB. RENTER UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF THE DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH, CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER ACT OR OMISSION, OF ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES.
