    Please be advised of the following policies when requesting an internal swap from the association:

  • Internal Swap Policies: 

    1. Mountainside Resort will give you a week of our ownership to use (Saturday to Saturday) and the association will take your week to rent/exchange. This form is for a one-time swap.

    2. Internal Swaps are:

         a. To be used by timeshare owners at Mountainside Resort only.

         b. Will be approved based on availability.

         c. A courtesy that the association offers for free when owner's timeshare maintenacne fees are paid in full.

    3. The association needs a minimum of 30 days written notice of the owner's arrival date before offering internal swap options.

    4. Please return this form to the office at your earliest convenience for best availability.
