Each 10x10 booth includes a 6ft table, 2 chairs and a white spandex tablecloth. The premium 10x20 booth includes 2-6ft tables & 4 chairs. Premium Plus 10x30 includes 3 tables & 4 chairs. Vendors may bring banners, signage & additional brand linen to drape the uniformed linen. A vendors immediate area must not infringe upon the space of a neighboring vendor. There is no category exclusivity, however, only two (2) vendors will be allowed to represent a specific entity. For example, there may be multiple vendors with financial services, but the same financial company cannot be represented more than once. All vendors will receive 2 lunch meals per booth, additional meals may be purchased. Set-up time begins at 9am on 6/6/2021. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 12:30pm due to the ribbon cutting ceremony.
