BOOKINGS: To secure your event date , a signed contract and full payment are required. In regardless to cancellations only a 10% refund will be given back is non-negotiationable . Bookings starting before 7am will have a EARLY CALL TIME fee of $100 per artist added onto total.
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, & Square. Gratuity is included but anything extra is always appreciated. (NOTE: event/bridal consultations, travel/parking expenses and deposit fees are separate costs.)
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are available for the client. Any other members of the event, including but not limited to: friends, coworkers, family members, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, guest speakers, etc may request a trial at their expense.
NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the original client's consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee.
DELAYS: A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for every hour of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction.
TRAVEL FEES: If traveling requires parking fees, hotels and overnight accomodations then additional costs will be added and must be paid by the Client. Travel within Palm Beach County is $100/per artist. Broward County Travel is $150 /per artist. Travel within Miami-Dade Count is $200 per artist. Traveling out side of those counties will be a $300 travel fee/ per artist, plus hotel accommodations for artists. (EX: Orlando, The Keys, Daytona, Tampa, Sarasota, Naples, etc.).
Traveling fees for events such as fashion shows, photo shoots, music video shoots, tv production and more are a flat travel fee of $200, per artist.
AIRFARE AND ACCOMMODATION: All costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include but are not limited to airfare, hotel (1-3 nights depending on destination/schedule of wedding ), transportation to and from the airport in the departing and destination city, parking in the departing and destination city, per diem for meals if not all-inclusive, service incidentals, and all taxes.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup
artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Alyssa Rowe) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
USE OF IMAGE: Unless prior discussed and approved, LK Beauty, will use on it’s website, social media and / or in any brochure, flyer.
PAYMENT: Payment is due the first when booking the appointment before the makeup artist arrives - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Deposit will not be refunded. If cancellations under thirty (30) days will be responsible for full payment.
AMENDMENTS TO SERVICES: Any additional add on's or additional coverage needed must be made known at least 1-2 weeks prior.
