Challenge 6: Pattern in the Plagues
Our Seder is filled with symbols, patterns, songs, and images that help us figure out what was really happening in the story.
Our Haggadah introduces us to the Talumudic sage Rabbi Yehuda who breaks the 9 plagues leading to the slaying of the firstborn into categories. 19th century philosophical Rabbi, Shimshon Rapael Hirsch developed a framework that looked at the lessons and philosophy of these categories.
