About Our League/How The Game Is Played

How the Game is Played: 3v3 Fiba is a style of basketball played all over the world. The game is played without checking the ball after every possession which makes it a much faster pace game.

Format of the League How it works

April 11-15You will be receiving, emails, phone calls about the league and the day and location as a reminder about the league beginning
April 19-23 evaluation week And the Draft
This week will be filled with, pick up games, skills and drills and competition. Similar to a clinic.
The goal of this week is to Evaluate the skill level, and even up the teams. We understand players will improve as the season goes on so the coaches will administer team trades as necessary to add new players to league and to even out the teams.

Where are the games being played?

Watertown at Filippello park
Winchester at Leonard Field

What if our game gets rained out ?

Games Cancelled due to rain will be postponed to Friday EVE, Sat morn, Sunday morn games.

Why do we practice on the same day as games?

Teaching a concept before we play will help them better apply what they are learning.

Where can we find stats/schedule ?

Stats and schedules will be updated on the website.

Can parents spectate?

NO, parents are not allowed around the court. Unless they are volunteering. They may spectate from afar.

Do you offer skill training outside of the league?

Will my player have the same coach every week?

No, there can be a different coach every week.

Are there trades during the league ?

Only in the first 2 weeks as we assess skill levels and create evenly balanced teams
