Exhibitor hereby applies to the producer of the MDA Car Show to have the vehicle described above displayed therein and agrees that if this entry form is accepted he will display the vehicle at the show under the following terms and conditions: Producer has final authority to determine the following: locations of exhibitor’s display in the show, number & placement of lights; volume of stereo, PA or other noise, size and tastefulness of signs and display. DISPLAY MUST BE MAINTAINED WITHIN AN 10 x 20 SPACE. Once exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle are set up they shall not be removed or concealed by exhibitor prior to end of show without permission of producer. Nothing herein shall require producer to produce show. Producer has the right to cancel show without liability to exhibitor. Neither producer, sponsor, officer, director, shareholder thereof, nor owner of building at which show is produced, shall be responsible or liable for loss or damage to any part of or all of exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle. The exhibitor hereby waives any and all rights against any of them for such loss.
