HIRE TERMS + CONDITIONS

KEY COLLECTION

Keys may be collected the day prior to hire, if this is a weekend hire, it will be Friday. Keys may be deposited in our mailbox after the studio and the building are locked.

STUDIO FACILITIES

At the time of key collection, we'll do a walk-through of the studio facilities and premises of the building. Please allow an additional 15 minutes when collecting keys.

NO SHOES

We ask that no shoes are to be worn in the room at any time. Please remove shoes prior to entering.

CLEANING

It is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the room in the same condition it was received. Should you require a vacuum or cleaning equipment this is available for you to use at the studio.

DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit is required to secure the date of your booking. Full payment via bank transfer is required 30 days prior to the hire date, please note we cannot accept cancellations after this time and no refunds will be provided.
