HIRE TERMS + CONDITIONS

BOOKING TIMES

A minimum 2 hour booking is required for casual bookings - this time must include set up and pack down time.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected and returned to an onsite lockbox, both the studio and the center gates must be locked after the conclusion of your hire period.

STUDIO FACILITIES

Prior to hire, we'll do a walk-through of the studio facilities and premises of the building. Please refer to the Arrival + Departure sheet on the reception desk and provided with your booking.

NO SHOES

We ask that no shoes are to be worn in the room at any time. Place the shoe rack outside for shoes. Please remove shoes prior to entering.

CLEANING

It is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the room in the same condition it was received. This includes returning props as they were found, wiping down blocks and yoga mats and folding blankets as required with the fold neatly placed facing outwards. Please wipe all surfaces, wipe up any spills and turn on the robo-vac as you depart. Additional cleaning equipment is available as required.

DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit is required to secure the date of your booking. This is in addition to the cost of room hire. Full payment via bank transfer is required 30 days prior to the hire date, please note we cannot accept cancellations after this time and no refunds will be provided.

STUDIO SECURITY

We operate a security camera 24/7 within the room, this is plugged in near the sink - please do not turn off the black plug!
