OPE+ Under 40 Nominations

OPE+ is seeking the best young leaders in the OPE industry for its 2026 Under 40 awards.

The award winners can work in dealerships, in technology, in services, and in manufacturing; this award program is open to all who work in the landscaping and OPE industry. Nominations can come from peers and from candidates themselves. Candidates must be under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2026.

Nominators will remain anonymous throughout the entire Under 40 award process (and afterward).

A couple of additional notes:

OPE+ staff will reach out to winning nominees to notify of them of their inclusion in the 2026 Under 40, to gather additional information and to arrange for a follow-up phone interview. Our staff will make every effort to contact each nominee, but due to production deadlines a nominee not responding to our outreach attempts may be excluded from inclusion in the Under 40 awards.
Sorry, our previous Under 40 award winners are not eligible to again be nominated (however, they can serve as nominators for other nominees).
