Grow Golden Application

The Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID) is excited to announce Grow Golden, a program to create a series of pop-ups by pairing selected businesses with building owners providing high profile, well-located retail spaces in the Golden Triangle. We accept applications on a rolling basis.

Grow Golden is a competitive program and we are receiving many applications. Applicants must be a registered business; located in the immediate DC area (DC, MD, VA); and in operation for at least three years to qualify for program consideration.

Your application and accompanying documents will be reviewed by a cross-organizational panel, which includes representatives from the Golden Triangle BID, Golden Triangle building owners, M&T Bank, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, DC Chamber of Commerce, and the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development.

Each available Golden Triangle space is unique and businesses will only be matched with available spaces that suit their various needs and specifications for successful operations. This panel will select which businesses to pair directly with building owners for space. Please be advised that it typically takes multiple months for an applicant to become a Grow Golden business once a match is made with a property owner.
