All new guests start working with me here with a digital consultation form.  This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly.   • SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'd be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase. No cash or credit will be given. Credit is not to be applied towards services. Please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services today.

  • FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and no-shows.

    JAPANESE STRAIGHTENING & STRAIGHT VARIATION CLIENTS: I require a 72-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. After that, any deposit left will not be refunded. 

    BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT: I understand that the appointment calendar is only open for 4 weeks at a time. If I'm requesting a major color service or one of the re-texturizing services, Wendy will contact me to look further out in the schedule to book that appointment.
