• iRepertoire Sample Submission Form for Bulk Amplification

For submission of nucleic acids, bulk cells, tissue, or whole blood to be amplified with either our RepSeq or RepSeq+ service.
  • Please fill the form out in it's entirety providing as much detail as possible.  Also, please name your samples something that is specific to your project and not a common name such as Sample1, Sample2, etc.

  • The study name within your project should be unique.  If you duplicate a study name that has already been used on a previous submission, then the data will be merged into that study erroneously. To check which study names have been assigned, please log into iRweb and check the names on left-hand column.  The schema is Project Title > Study Name > Individual Sample Name > Chain Sequenced.

  • Your sample will not be processed if no sample information is received. Please contact customer service (info@irepertoire.com) if you would like to submit your sample information in Excel format.

The more detailed information you are able to provide, the better able our Service team will be to carry out your project to the highest standards.

*When naming samples, please note that our pipeline will ignore some characters, including parentheses and plus signs (+). If these characters are used, they simply will be absent when the data populates online. Spaces will be replaced with underscores (_).

**Please disclose the sources of the nucleic acid (NA). Ex. PBMC, tissue, sorted cells, etc.
