50th Anniversary Cougar Classic Golf Tournament a success:

Volunteer Positions Available:

Silent Auction Donor Outreach – Contact businesses to obtain silent auction donationsSilent Auction Organizing – Assist in creating silent auction basketsSilent Auction Set-Up – Help with auction set-up at Greate Bay on day of tournamentSponsor/Advertiser Outreach – Contact businesses to be a sponsor or program book advertiserGolfer Outreach – Recruit family members/friends/church members to golf in the tournamentAlumni Outreach – Contact alumni by phone/email/text to invite them to golf or to attend reception and dinner in the evening at conclusion of tournament – see reception and dinner times listed aboveSocial Media Promotion – Will post and share Golf Tournament marketing flyer and calendar event on Facebook and/or other social media sitesHole-in-One Spotter – Serve at Hole-in-One to monitor and verify if any golfer makes the hole in onePutting Contest Spotter – Serve at Putting Contest green to record measurement of how close each golfer contestant gets to the hole or if a hole in oneClosest to Pin Hole Spotter – Serve at selected hole for Closest to Pin Contest to record the measurement of how close each golfer contestant gets to the holeGolfer Welcome Table/Registration – Serve at sign-in table in the morning on day of tournament to register golfers at start of tournament, sell mulligans, and sell putting contest ticketsReception/Dinner Welcome Table/Registration – Serve at welcome table for reception and dinner in the evening at conclusion of tournamentPosting Signage – Assist with placing signage at various holes the morning of the golf tournament; Assist with placing sponsor signage at reception and dinner
