Iceworld Skate School Program
Welcome to Term 2 (2021) Iceworld Skate School Skaters! We are very pleased to be able to bring you another term of our fantastic Skate School program.
Our Iceworld Skate School Learn to Skate Program offers a variety of classes for ages 3yrs and above and caters for abilities from basic through to more advanced levels.
Skaters enroll in the same class time each week so that they can work, together with their instructors and fellow classmates, in a positive social environment.
There is a maximum of 10 students per instructor and our class terms generally run for an 8-week duration.
Term 2 (2021) will run for 8 weeks from the 19th April to 12th June.
Iceworld Skate School Registration and payments are online and you do not need to complete any paper forms at the rink on the first day of term.
You will receive a confirmation email once you submit and pay for your classes.
There are many COVID-19 safety rules that need to be adhered to whilst in the rink facilities. Please carefully read the below information so you are well informed of these procedures/regulations.

Maximum of 70 Skaters in the rink per session.

One chaperone
per family is allowed in the rink to chaperone the child.

Due to limitations on the number of people allowed in the rink, we ask that you remain outside if your child is capable of taking care of themselves. This will allow more skaters to enroll.

Skaters should arrive dressed and ready to move onto the ice.

Access to change rooms and toilets will be limited.

Bring your own water bottle as the water fountain will be turned off.

Coffee Shop will be open for takeaway ONLY.

No Penguins will be allowed on the rink.

On entry, you will be guided to the grandstand where you will need to remain for the whole lesson.

Social distancing must be obeyed once you enter the premises.

You will be guided out of the rink once the session is finished.

The actual ice rink is classified as the 'Field of Play'. Coaches will be on the ice and will be able to assist skaters where needed.
It is important to note that as a result of the restrictions placed on the rinks the following will apply:
* Select your day and session carefully, with restricted numbers there will be NO OPPORTUNITY TO SWITCH DAYS AND CLASSES.
* The restricted numbers do not allow for catch up lessons, any missed lessons will be lost by the skater.
* NO REFUNDS
