    Foundation for Recovery
  • Thank you for you interest in renting space at Foundation for Recovery' Clubhouse. Each room rental includes chairs (appropriate number for the room’s capacity) and a locker for onsite storage. The Clubhouse at Foundation for Recovery is a twenty-four hour facility that entrusts the meeting’s contact person with a key, security card key, and security code that may need to be used to open and close the facility.

    Rent is due on the first of the month with payment received prior to use of the space. Rent can be mailed to the address listed below, paid online, or placed in the drop box located at the back of the facility.

    Note: Any rents paid beyond the amount due will be treated as a donation to the Foundation for Recovery.

  • A helpful table with room, capacity, and pricing can be found below. Recurring meetings are priced at $1 per attendee at each meeting occurance. Monthy or one-time meetings are priced at a flat rate depending on the room capacity.

    *Access to the space will be available 30 minutes prior to your meeting, training, or event and up to 30 minutes afterward for breakdown and cleanup.

  • Rules and Regulations

    1. The Group / Signor will be held responsible for any stolen or damage to any item of The Rooms.

    2. Each Group is responsible for assuring safety by locking and securing areas of use upon leaving. If other people are present – assure that they are in the rooms for a scheduled meeting.

    3. Entrance doors or doors within the building are NEVER to be propped open with rocks or other objects.

  • The following activities are NOT allowed on The Rooms property.

    Please read carefully.

    1. Possession, use, or sale of alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband.

    2. Smoking inside the building. Smoking outside the facility is allowed with the proper disposal of cigarette butts.

    3. Individuals or groups discarding of trash in ways other than by placing it in the designated trash receptacles. Groups must clean up after every scheduled meeting.

    4. Bringing animals onto the premises, with the exception of service animals in the company of, and trained to assist, individuals with disabilities.

    5. Physically or verbally threatening or harassing any person and/or committing acts that endanger individuals or groups.

    6. Committing any unlawful act.

    7. Defacing, damaging, or destroying property of The Rooms, its members, or visitors.

    8. Assembling for a purpose other than what the facility’s use is intended.

    9. Occupying any room over the posted maximum capacity.

    10. Soliciting for any purpose, including asking for money, contributions, or donations unless such activity has been approved by the Board of Trustees.

    11. General storage or use of bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, or any other form of transportation within the facility without prior authorization from Foundation for Recovery.

    12. Use of camera equipment in the common area of the facility. Use of camera equipment in each room is allowed only with prior approval.

    13. Loitering, congregating, or obstructing any of the surrounding business storefronts.

    14. Engaging in sexual behavior.

    15. Explicit and/or obscene language or gestures toward a person’s ethnicity, religion, or sexuality.

    16. Sleeping inside or outside the facility of The Rooms and/or any of the neighboring businesses.
