Orders must be made 48 hours in advance but please contact us by email at overboardottawa@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
Due to operating out of a Rented Kitchen space, we are only offering our delivery service at this time. A delivery fee will be applied at the time of booking confirmation.
An invoice will be sent for payment once we receive your request. Full payment is required to confirm your order at that time.
Cancelations for orders under 4 boxes/platters must be made 72 hours in advance for a full refund. For larger orders or events, we require cancelation two weeks in advance of the event/order date.

Each box is made to order and completely customizable. We do our best to accommodate any food preferences or dietary restrictions, including, Halal, Gluten-Free & Vegan. Although we do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee that are items do not come into contact with common allergens.
Please note that our delivery windows are 3 hours in length.
