    Orders must be made 48 hours in advance but please contact us by email at overboardottawa@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

    Due to operating out of a Rented Kitchen space, we are only offering our delivery service at this time. A delivery fee will be applied at the time of booking confirmation.

    An invoice will be sent for payment once we receive your request. Full payment is required to confirm your order at that time. 

    Cancelations for orders under 4 boxes/platters must be made 72 hours in advance for a full refund. For larger orders or events, we require cancelation two weeks in advance of the event/order date.

    Each box is made to order and completely customizable. We do our best to accommodate any food preferences or dietary restrictions, including, Gluten-Free & Vegan. Although we do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee that are items do not come into contact with common allergens.

  • Please note that we do recommend delivery on the same day of consumption. Our products are made to order and we suggest it being consumed within 3-4 hours for optimal freshness and quality. If not being consumed, it should be refrigerated upon delivery. Products can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Remove crackers/bread and saran wrap the box. 

    Delivery fee will be provided with the confirmation email. A three hour delivery window will be provided due to the volume of orders for the day. 

    For condos/apartment buildings, please provide a phone or buzzer number in order to have the recipient meet the delivery driver in the lobby. 

     

  • Terms and Conditions:

    • Due to the boxes being perishable, we do require the recipient to be home to receive the order. Once the item is received, it must be stored in the fridge, unless immediately served.
    • If recipient is not home (door not answered/not answering the phone), box will be left outside the house or left with the concierge. Overboard Ottawa is not responsible for stolen goods
    • A order is not confirmed until full payment is received. A full refund will be issued to order cancelations made 72 hours before delivery. For larger orders or events, we require cancelation two weeks in advance of the event/order date.
    • If the order has not been consumed within two days, the contents should be thrown out to avoid illness.
    • We do our best to accommodate dietary and allergy restrictions by removing certain item(s) from our boxes. However, we cannot guarantee that some products are completely peanut/nut/egg free as there may be labelling that describes "may contains (peanuts/nuts/eggs)" on our products.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are complete and accurate
    • For our charcuterie cups, platters or table spreads, items must be consumed within 2 hours of being displayed. Overboard Ottawa is not responsible for sickness due to items being left out of the fridge for extended amount of time.
