THIS APPLICATION IS FOR HANDMADE VENDORS, FOOD TRUCKS AND LITTLE MAKERS ONLY! We do not allow direct sales, mlms, or boutiques.

Application has multiple dates AND locations you can select. We will let you know as soon as possible which dates you have been selected to vend, if any. You can check as little or as many dates as you would like. 

OUTDOOR BOOTHS are 10 ft by 10 ft.  Tents are required.  The Swing tents available to rent at $25.00/day.  There is no electricity provided outdoors.  Outdoor booth fees are $50.00 per market with 10% of sales over $500. Example: if vendor makes $1,450 in sales, they will pay $50 booth fee, PLUS pay Swing $95 {$1450-500=$950. $950 x .10 = $95}

This event is juried.  We, along with our trusted jury, will review each application and take a variety of items into consideration when choosing our vendors.  We are looking for quality handmade items, a cohesive brand, great photographs of your items so we can see what you make, innovative items, etc.  Application fees cover this jurying process and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

+If The Swing must cancel an event due to Covid-19, weather, etc. your booth fee will not be returned but we will provide you with $50 of advertising via our social media channels and a Shop Local KC listing.+

Please select any and all dates and locations you are interested in. You can select both venues on the same dates and we will chose one for you where you best fit in. You can select as many as you would like. 

We will most likely offer a booth price discounts to makers selected to multiple events.  Booth fees will be due two weeks prior to each event. 10% of sales will be due the Sunday following each event. 

After submitting below you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your application. You will receive a copy of this applicaiton in your email so you can refer back to it anytime. 

The Jury will discuss and notify vendors of their status as soon as possible. 

Your application fee is non-refundable.
