DELIVERY & SET UP: At Imperial Event Props of Atlanta, we are committed to accommodating your delivery preferences and timeline to the best of our ability. However, certain delays or scheduling changes may be unavoidable due to factors such as inclement weather, heavy traffic, vehicle issues, or venue-related access limitations. Should any changes arise, we will communicate with you promptly and keep you updated every step of the way. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are always our priority.All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. All items will be setup and in working condition before Imperial Everything leave the clients venue, after that the client is fully responsible for all items. The client must be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup. The delivery fee start at $125 for the first 30 miles and an additional $2.50 per mile for anything over 30 miles from 1509 General Arts Rd, Conyers, Ga 30012. Pickup will be at time stated by the client. Anything after the agreed time of pickup the client will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
SUMMARY: RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT REMAINS WITH THE CLIENT FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO THE TIME OF PICKUP.
Care & Protection of Equipment
As the client, you are responsible for making sure all rented equipment is properly secured when not in use and fully protected from any weather-related damage. This helps avoid unnecessary wear or loss and ensures everything is returned in good condition.
Liability for Fees & Damages
Should there be any unpaid rental charges or damage to items, the client will be held responsible for all associated costs, including collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any other expenses related to recovering losses. Failure to meet the agreed-upon terms and conditions may result in additional charges, which will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure your event date, a $75 deposit is required no later than 7 days before the event. For custom items, a 50% deposit of the total agreed price is required. All deposits are applied toward your final balance. Your event date is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed contract are received.
Please note: All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless Imperial Event Props of Atlanta is unable to fulfill our obligations.
