Vacation Bible School Interest Survey Form

Thank you for filling out our Vacation Bible School interest survey! While subject to change, the program as it stands right now will run from June 21st through June 25th for children of elementary school age! We hope to coordinate with other churches in Winchester to provide a rotating curriculum of age-grouped activities, taking place outdoors and following all recommended COVID-19 protocols, and open to both the members of our Church as well as the general public. There will be a small fee for your child to attend. Please fill out the following form if you are interested in attending our Vacation Bible School!
