When you return the vehicle, THE GAS TANK SHOULD BE FULL. Please make sure the vehicle(s) is RETURNED to the church or rental drop-off WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. The ministry using the vehicle(s) is responsible for paying the fuel costs. Any individual who pays for gas as an out-of-pocket expense must keep their receipt and submit it to the ministry leader with a check request form (also located in the copy room by the copier), if they desire to be reimbursed.

The entire EBFC Transportation Policy must be read and followed.

If approved, this request will be marked on the EBFC online calendar, and you will be contacted by phone/email to confirm your reservation. If not approved, you will be contacted by phone/email to communicate this. The EBFC Transportation Committee reserves the right to revoke vehicle use privileges for those who fail to comply with the Transportation Policy.
