The Pirate Castle's staff and / or Duty Managers are on-site to comply with Health & Safety / insurance requirements. They are not responsible for assisting with venue set up / down, cleaning, supervising guests / children or providing security. They will provide assistance in the event of any emergency and / or problems with The Pirate Castle's equipment / fcailities. They will also raise attention to the Hirer / Responsible Adults in the event of any non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
Any incidence of misconduct and / or antisocial / threatening behaviour or abuse towards The Pirate Castle's staff, Duty Manager(s), venue and / or facilities will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the booking / event and, if necessary, the involvement of the police.
The Pirate Castle reserves the right to cease any activities and ask for the group to vacate the premises in the case of constant infringement of the above Terms. No refunds will be offered if events are terminated early due to poor behaviour and / or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
