Pop-ups can be hosted Monday-Wednesday with pop-up start times beginning between 3 PM and 5 PM. The recommended pick-up period is 30 minutes, as the food comes hot and ready to eat.
Groups that opt for pick-up must have an appropriate number of representatives from their group to transport all kits in one trip.
For groups that opt for delivery, Moe's will deliver your kits to the pick-up point (up to 10 miles from a Moe's Southwest Grill Western PA location) for a
delivery fee of $50
Individual kit pick-up cannot be at a Moe's location.
The organization is responsible for distribution (don't worry, it's easy - all kits come fully assembled and labeled with each person's name)
Our locations are able to accommodate up to 100 kits per event out of one location. If your group sells out prior to your deadline and you would like to continue selling - we can look at other options, such as utilizing another store if available. If you anticipate your organization selling exceptional amount of kits, please indicate in the notes below to go over additional options.
