From time to time we may wish to take photographs of children taking part in Mini Miller activities. Photographs may be used in future marketing of Mini Millers, or within Heckington Windmill Trust marketing e.g. our website, newsletters etc. Please indicate "Yes" if you give your permission for your child's image to be used, or "No" if you do not wish your child's image to be used for such purposes. *
I am the parent / legal guardian of the child attending Mini Millers. I understand that during the Mini Miller's sessions that my child is attending I will be available on the contact numbers that I have provided and that I will be able to attend the Windmill site within 15 minutes of being asked to. I understand that should my child's behaviour impact negatively on the enjoyment of others attending Mini Miller sessions that I may be asked to collect my child from the session and I agree that I will do this promptly. I understand that bookings are non refundable. *

Sunday 19th June - Perfect Pizza
Learn about our steam engine and make your own pizza
