  • NOTE: If you have no water or hydro at your site, a work request is not required. Please call the Welcome Centre (905-894-0972) for immediate assistance.

    Before calling in regards to hydro, it is helpful to check your indoor and outdoor breakers. 

    Pleasant Beach seasonals: Please do not use this form for pump-out requests. Click here instead.

  • NOTE: Renovation/construction materials must be removed from the resort by the owner or their respective contractor.

  • NOTE: Cable requests are only for the purpose of burying exposed cable lines. 

    Any other issues surrounding cable TV are the responsibility of the owner and their respective service provider.

  • All requests for work will be reviewed by our Welcome Centre team to ensure the request is covered by Sherkston Shores. Once approved, the work order will be entered into our system and sent to the appropriate maintenance team.

    It is important to remember when placing your request that some requests may take UP TO three weeks to be completed, however we will try to complete the task as soon as possible.
