PHOTOGENIC HEADSHOT PHOTO - This is the headshot that will be used for the program book. You may also choose to email your headshot to Danielle@floridacinderella.com. Pictures may be of the head, just the face, or head and shoulders. Please do not send full body pictures. At Registration, you will be required to submit an 8x10 photo, either the same photo or different, so that the judges can judge the Photogenic Awards.

$200.00 STATE REGISTRATION FEE : Includes but not limited to Competition Fees, Photogenic Girl Fee, Competition Viewing Badge for one chaperone, Insurance, Registration Packet, Contestant Number and Name Badge.$75.00 STATE ENTRY FEE : This fee is mandatory for those contestants who did not compete in a preliminary pageant. This fee is waived for all contestants who competed in a preliminary pageant.$20.00 COMPETITION PROGRAM BOOK : It is highly recommended to pre order your Program Book before the State Pageant, as there will only be a limited number of Program Books available for purchase at the State Pageant.$100.00 FULL PAGE AD FOR PROGRAM BOOK$5.00 ADDITIONAL COMPETITION VIEWING BADGES : Each contestant will receive 1 Competition Viewing Badge. All additional audience members must purchase a Competition Viewing Badge.$50.00 LATE FEE : For all registrations that are received after the May 5th deadline.

FLORIDA CINDERELLA PAGEANT RELEASE FORM: As the parents (legal guardian) of the participant named above at the Florida Cinderella Finals, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for winners and contestants as set forth in the office Cinderella Staging Handbook, and by the Florida State Cinderella Pageant. I agree to hold Florida Cinderella and/or the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant, its directors and staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my child’s participation in the Florida State Finals. I also accept the full responsibility for the regulation of hours and personal activities of the participant. I understand and agree that should an act of God (hurricane, fire, tornado, or any other natural disaster)cause the cancellation of the pageant, that said pageant will be canceled without benefit of any refund; however, the pageant will be rescheduled at another time and location. I also confirm that all the enclosed information and forms are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any and all charges to my room during the pageant (rental fee, phone calls, valet service, room service, etc.) are my sole responsibility and hereby agree to pay such charges immediately upon checking out of the hotel at the conclusion of the pageant. FURTHERMORE, I hereby state that I have read and understood the rules and regulations governing the payment of scholarship awards, and all other prizes and awards.
