CREDIT RECOVERY in GNA CYBER may be enrolled for courses that were failed during a prior school year and courses during the school year when they become mathematically unable to pass. Credit recovery may be requested at the start of Quarter 3 if they are Highly Unlikely to pass.

By participating in GNA Cyber Credit Recovery, the Parent / Guardian and student are agreeing to the Terms and conditions below.
To be removed from GNA Cyber Credit Recovery, contact your school guidance counselor.
- Credit Recovery may be offered to recover credit for previously failed or failing courses during the school year. Credit recovery for currently failing courses may be requested and will only be considered when the course is unable or highly unlikely to be passed for the year. The failing grade will be included as a percentage of the credit recovery grade.
- Courses will be designated as Credit Recovery in Skyward, as well as on report cards, transcripts, etc. and will be marked with an incomplete in Skyward until the course is complete and passed or at the end of the year if the student has failed the course. Grades and progress must be checked through Imagine Edgenuity regularly.
- Students, parents, and guardians are responsible for discussing the student's academic goals and pathways with the guidance department to ensure credit recovery is the appropriate placement for the student.
- Student athletes and their parents / guardians are responsible for ensuring that courses the student is enrolled in meet their athletic eligibility requirements within high school and beyond. Cyber courses, including credit recovery courses, may not be NCAA eligible. Consult the guidance office or the athletic director for more information.
