I have been climbing the ladder or building my business for years. Now I am wondering if I like what I’ve got. It’s time to figure out what I really want.
I have such big dreams and I am normally very ambitious but I am really tired right now. Sometimes I feel like I am just going through the motions at home and work.
If people knew how worried I feel about keeping up and being a strong leader, they'd be shocked. It's exhausting to project confidence and decisiveness when I feel like this.
I am a life-long learner who loves to grow and build things, but this pandemic has me so distracted. I want to get back to learning so I feel inspired.
I tolerate things all around me that drive me crazy: staff who don’t deliver, conflict among my team, people not saying what they really think and sabotaging efforts. I resent that I have to do all the things that others don’t do.

- I no longer put so much energy into keeping up appearances and berating myself which frees me up to use my energy for leading my team (and for taking care of myself and my family) - I take great care of myself now. A few small changes paved the way for me to carve out time for me. People have been asking me what has changed. - Sometimes I am so excited, I vibrate. My ideas are flowing and my team is jumping on board – we're making great progress! - I face things head on with courage. My energy feels free now that I'm not carrying around resentments.
