Transfer of Membership
  • If both the transfer form and User's Agreement are received in the office before the 15th of the month, the name will change to the new owner for the next billing. If all the paperwork is received after the 15th we will not change the name until after the billing for the current month.  We do not hold transfers.  We go by the date received in the office when changing the name.
