For agents to gain MLS Access, first the Designated Broker must pay to join. There are three membership types: as a Primary Broker or Secondary Broker (both with a $500 application fee), plus Association Dues & bi-annual RC-MLS Fees of $250 (prorated). The third option is as a "MLS Only Broker" only paying the prorated bi-annual MLS Fees $250 billed Jan 1 and July 1. If the broker is MLS Only, then agents can not be Primary or Secondary Agents at the Association. They may only apply for a MLS of Choice/MLS Only subscription.
