    Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Registration Fee: $225 

    Registration fee includes 12 virtual monthly supervision calls. Certification requires the completion of 9 of 12 calls.                                                                                                                     Additional Fee: $35 

    There is a separate outside fee for the 10-hour TFCBT webinar that must be completed prior to the 3-Day Virtual Workshop sessions.   • This training is available to WV therapists who are not currently TF-CBT certified and meet the following requirements: 

    1. Is currently or willing to provide mental health services on site at schools
    2. Has a master’s degree and is license eligible in psychology, counseling or social work
    3. Committed to participating with the Handle with Care Program

    This training is being provided at significantly low cost to participants to ensure there are TF-CBT trained providers to serve children in West Virginia. Therefore, we ask participants for a serious commitment to complete the full training academy and implement the TF-CBT model with child clients in their service areas. Participant names will be added to databased of trained therapists.

    Barring any extenuating circumstances, I agree to participate in this training according to the expectations outlined in the program requirements.
