Applications are subject to BOD approval and will only be considered upon receipt of fully completed application and payment of fees in full. Upon acceptance, submit both vector files and high-resolution jpg/png files of logo within 30 days to: melissa@rivercounties.com. Any changes to name, logo, contact information, individual members, etc., is the responsibility of the business to notify RCAR.

If accepted, as a member of the Preferred Partners Council, this will entitle my organization and the individuals listed to participate in specific RCAR functions/events and to serve on the PPC; however, this membership does not grant access to the MLS.

Supra keys for Business Partners:

Electronic Lockbox access is only granted to Preferred Partners that are licensed in Pest Control or Home Inspections through the State of Tennessee, once the following is provided to the association, with the completed application:

□ Liability Policy in the amount of $1,000,000 minimum

□ Worker's Compensation Insurance

□ Professional License through the State of Tennessee

To protect public trust and professionalism within our industry, River Counties Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to limit, suspend and/or terminate access during any investigation of a complaint regarding improper use of access, including but not limited to reporting loss of keys and/or damage to lockboxes.

Upon resolution of complaint, RCAR reserves the right to suspend and or terminate access as decided by the Board of Directors.

If access is granted by and through another association, RCAR shall reserve the right to suspend and or terminate cooperating access agreement for Preferred Partner until resolution of complaint filed.

Preferred Partners agree to abide by the Bylaws and Policies & Procedures of the association pursuant to membership.
