1 . To enable adequate preparation, it is important that your completed vendor registration form be received by the deadline of July 30, 2021 at the latest. The name of the merchandise will be displayed on each table at the conference.
2. Be aware that sales will only be allowed at specific times in-between programs – during breaks, meals, and resting periods. No sales will be allowed during the program sessions. All tables will be covered to allow full participation in the conference programs.
3. Vendors with smaller items are welcome to share tables with other vendors.
