A few requests from the workshop:
- Please avoid sending frames with their cases. Please use packing materials to protect the jobs during shipping.
- All lenses need to be removed before we work on your order to ensure they are protected. We only require lenses to be included with rim repairs so that they can be hand edged and mounted after completion. We do not require lenses for other types of jobs.
- If you are unable to remove the lenses we will cover them during the repair/modification process. While we take the utmost care with your eyewear, we cannot assume responsibility for damage to lenses during the process.
