Please know that here at Elite Football Club (EFC) our first priority is the safety of all players. We will be closely monitoring the changes in Phases released by our Governor and Mayor as tryouts approach. We have procedures already in place depending on which Phase we are in during your tryout date. You will receive a detailed email prior to your tryout date with instructions to assist in keeping your player and our staff safe and healthy.
Release of Liability

Although the safety of all sport activities is the primary concern, indoor sport activities at Youth Sport Center's facilities may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against the Youth Sport Center and the persons in charge.
