• 2022 Get In Gear Fest Exhibitor Application

    Join us for the 7th Annual Get In Gear Fest, presented by the Outdoor Gear Builders of WNC on Saturday, April 23rd from 10am-7pm at Lake Eden Preserve in Black Mountain, NC. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We cannot guarantee booth size or participation. If you applied in 2021, please submit another application for 2022.

  • Non-member OGB applications will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis and admittance isn't guaranteed. By submitting this application you are not guaranteed a space at Get In Gear Fest. 

    If approved, Non-Member booth pricing/fees will be on a sliding scale which can be found on our membership page.

    Outdoor oriented Non-Profits can apply for a no-cost 10X10 booth space on a first come, first serve basis. Limited space available. Additional needs like electric and larger than 10X10 space have associated costs and be paid for by the non-profit vendor.

  • Primitive Tent Camping will be available to OGB Members and GIGF vendors on Friday and Saturday night. If you'd prefer other accommodations you can contact Lake Eden Preserve and rent a cabin, AirBnB, etc. On-site camping is limited and not guaranteed.
