• Instructions for Onboarding New Employees

  • 1. Once you have completed the “Onboarding Packet” with your New Hire on the 1st Day. Go over the Y’s Mission Statement and Core Values. Make sure they understand the importance of the code of conduct and responsibilities they now have as staff.

  • 2. Walk New Hire to Front Desk to turn in Staff Membership Application and Waiver. They need to get their photo taken new staff account set up.

    a. SUPERVISOR CHECKLIST with your Executive Director's Signature and Date

    b.  Approval Email fron HR

    c.  Signed Acknowlegments

  • Your UPLOADS to HR must be complete WITHIN 24 HOURS of ONBOARDING SESSION regardless of obtaining your Executive Director’s signature or not. NO EXCEPTIONS. If an ED is not available, email it to Payroll anyway and send back only the signed page as soon as signature is obtained.
