** The Public Housing program includes Billings Park Villas, Park Place, Scattered Sites, and single family homes/duplexes. The PBRA & LIHTC programs include Bayview and Catlin Court. Both programs provide rental assistance to qualified, income-eligible families and qualified families pay approximately 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
