Toronto Picnic Party will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Toronto Picnic Party for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
Cancellation Policy/ Refunds:
I understand that my booking is non-refundable. In the event of poor weather conditions I understand that I may rebook to the next available date if I give a 48 hour notice. If I cancel for any reason, I understand that Toronto Picnic Party is not responsible for refunding the full amount. We understand that life happens, please notify us 48 hours prior to your booking to reschedule.
Timing is very important, as we may have other bookings that day. We will wait until you arrive to your picnic, but this will cut into your own picnic time.
If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost of item plus any additional fees.
If you would like to add extra attendees to your picnic, please let us know ahead of time. We will charge for any extra person(s)
On the day of your picnic, we will send you a drop pin location to the contact number you have provided. If you do not have this function on your phone, please contact us.
