POLICIES
I value your business, and my service to you is very important. I truly hope you enjoy your yard card display. Please read below as I have put together several rules to keep things running smoothly.
1. Please do not rearrange or remove any of the signs (I will make them fairy perfect for you). If you need an earlier pickup, just give me a call and I will make the arrangements.
2. Please do not have any yard work done while the signs are in place. Lawn mowers and any kind of weed cutters can ruin the signs.
3. Please keep any furry friends (pets) away from the display.
4. I will place a small business sign on your yard near the street just so that your neighbors know that THE YARD CARD FAIRY is in the neighborhood (marketing purposes).
5. All of my signs are big, fun and bright most children like to play, poke, and pull on them please encourage them NOT to they can be damaged from this and most importantly a child can be hurt. THE YARD CARD FAIRY and other associated representatives will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damage caused to a person, personal property or animals. I will also not take responsibility or be held liable for property damage during delivery/setup/and removal of my signs. For missing signs there is a $5-$10 fee per sign.
6. Small metal stakes are used to set up the displays.In some displays I will use garden trellis or wooden stands (these sit on top on the grass along with small sand bags or weights). THE YARD CARD FAIRY will not take responsibility to any damage done to a lawn.
Refund/Cancellations
THE YARD CARD FAIRY reserves the right to cancel at any time prior to your reserved date and I will provide a full refund.
-If the purchaser decides to cancel a credit will be issued towards a future date(subject to availability).
-In the event of inclement weather a full refund will be issued.
-Please be sure to provide the correct address, and gate access code if any. There will be a $25.00 re-delivery fee if I have to return for an installation. This fee will also apply if there are animals preventing me from setting up, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may cause disruption.
-If someone on the premises (homeowner, relative etc) asks me to remove my signs, I will remove them and a refund WILL NOT be provided.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of booking. This is a reservation please consider that with graduation and nice weather heading our way spots will fill up fast. Until payment is received your rental date will not be reserved.
NJ SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO EACH ORDER
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY/PICK UP
We install our yard cards between the hours of 6:30am and 8am the day of or between 4:00pm and 8:30pm the evening before. Pick up is the following day. We will always send a text notification 15 mins prior to delivery or pickup.
Delivery fee's are based on location. We're based out of Burlington Township NJ. If your delivery requires a toll this will be included in the delivery fee.
