BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and 50% deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due the week of or day before the day of the event.
Accepted forms of payment include: cash, zelle, credit card. Gratuity is included but anything extra is always appreciated. (NOTE: bridal consultations, travel expenses and deposit fees are separate costs.)
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are available for bride. Any other members of the bridal party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, guest speakers, etc. Consultations will be $110/individual (excluding travel & gratuity).
NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the bride’s consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee.
DELAYS: A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction.
TRAVEL FEES: Travel within Palm Beach County is $80/per artist. Broward County Travel is $100/per artist. Travel within Miami-Dade Count is $150 per artist. Traveling out side of those counties will be a $250 travel fee/ per artist, plus hotel accommodations for artists. (EX: Orlando, The Keys, Daytona, Tampa, Sarasota, Naples, etc.).
Traveling fees for events such as fashion shows, photo shoots, music video shoots, tv production and more are a flat travel fee of $175, per artist.
If traveling requires parking fees, hotels and overnight accomodations then additional costs will be added and must be paid by the Client.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup
artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Client(s) agree to release the LK BEAUTY TEAM of makeup artists & hair stylists from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
USE OF IMAGE: Unless prior discussed and approved, LK Beauty, will use on any and all images on our website , social media and / or in any brochure, flyer.
PAYMENT: The final balance is due the month before the day of the event before the LK BEAUTY TEAM has arrives - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this
contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Deposit will not be refunded. If cancellations under thirty (30) days will be responsible for full payment.
AMENDMENTS TO SERVICES: Once a contract is signed, we are no longer able to remove the number of services contracted for the LK BEAUTY team. Once a signed contract , final proposal invoice & deposit is made we are secured for those services and can not be removed . However, we are always able to add any additional add on's or additional coverage needed must be made known at least 1-2 weeks prior.
