The following rules will apply for pets at Omega Condominium 8. Before any dog is permitted to move to Omega Condominium 8, it is necessary to get approval by the Association through USA Management.
A Maximum of two (2) cats are permitted.
Indoor cats only.
Any pet that creates a nuisance or interferes with the quiet enjoyment of the other residents will be subject to removal.
Only one (1) dog is permitted in your unit.
No pets or animals more than 20 pounds t full maturity are permitted.
No pets are allowed in recreational areas.
Any pet on common area grounds must be leashed at all times.
Owners must walk pets where it does not interfere with other residents.
Pet owners must clean up after them at all times. Those who do not comply will be subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second and removal of the pet if they have not complied.
Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. This includes damage to walkways, recreational areas, common grounds or the building. The pet owner shall pay any cost incurred for any damage to the above mentioned areas.
All of these rules will be strictly enforced with levies and or removal of any pet that is causing problems. The Board of directors considered the needs of all unit owners when permitting pets at Omega Condominium 8 so that everyone benefits from this decision.
