As a charity, we rely on donations from the public and we have to spend our funds very carefully. Therefore to enable us to demonstrate appropriate control of charitable funds we do require up to date proof of benefits (such as your benefits award letter/statement or a screenshot of those if you use the online services including your date/name/address/recent/next payment) if you are in receipt of those, which can be uploaded directly to the box below and must show your current address.

If you are in financial difficulties but are not in receipt of benefits, please ensure you have provided sufficient information in the box above before submitting your application. We will still require proof of financial difficulties once we have assessed your application.
