PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING T&C's
1.) CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
2.) LATE ARRIVALS
Each session shall be 1 hour in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
3.) ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS CORRECT
All the information on this form is correct and to the best of my knowledge. I have sought and followed any necessary medical advice. I understand that all the information given will be kept confidential.
4.) PHOTO
Before and after pictures can be posted online to support the business.
5.) REFUNDS
No refunds are giving after the first session is complete (includes block bookings). Online coaching payments can not be refunded once plans are sent and received. After the first session, all sessions must be used up within 3 months.
6.) MEMBERSHIPS
With this membership you are signing and agreeing to a minimum of 12 weeks personal training from the day you sign up to which can be paid in full or 4 weekly instalments by standing order, direct debit or cash. If clients do not use up all sessions or decide to put a stop to their sessions before all instalments have been paid, the remaining instalments must still be paid.
7.) GROUP PT
As this is a block booking, any sessions you miss you will not get back at another time.
