Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and Set-up will be the day before the event or early morning of your event, depending on our delivery schedule. Pickups will be the late evening of your event or the day after.

Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery/pickup.

Invoices and Payment

Options to pay will be emailed/texted to you once your booking is confirmed

**We accept payment through Debit, Credit, Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Cash** (applicable merchant fees & taxes will be added)

PAYMENT is the ONLY way to reserve your date.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 24HRS BEFORE EVENT.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the Street Greets display. If any injury occurs from metal stakes/coroplast, renter is responsible. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $15 for letters/signs under 20", & $25 for letters/signs over 20", Flash sets are $300.*

Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard card setups include small advertising for Street Greets. This may NOT be removed.*

REFUNDS 1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability. 2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms,hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH), winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. If this is the case you will be given a full refund. 3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.*
